Summary : With supervision, will provide design and build expertise in vendor product specific applications. Develops, upgrades, and supports their respective application, ensuring consistent documentation standards. Knowledge transfer with co-workers and client base is a foundational component of the position. Exhibits a learning approach in achieving knowledge proficiency in Applications from a functional and build perspective. Consistently utilizes critical thinking and analytic abilities in seeking and resolving issues. Demonstrates ability to begin managing small projects.
Education : Minimum requirement of an Associate's degree in healthcare, computer or related field.
Experience : Minimum requirement of 2 years’ experience, in information technology, preferably with Support Ticketing System, Hardware / Desktop support, and Application support. Possesses the ability to address process requirements. Skilled at problem solving, strong organization skills, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to minimally understand complex issues. Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with technical team, as well as leaders and end users. Must be available and accessible 24 / 7 / 365.
