What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager Product Manager position at Parkview North Hospital?
Summary
Responsible for facilitating the creation and enhancement of direct to employer product offerings from Parkview including, but not limited to, occupational health, employer clinics, Signature Care, EAP, and wellness services. As part of this role, the incumbent coordinates across Parkview’s organization including clinical service lines, sales, IS, Finance, and Employer Solutions to define products that will include : product value proposition; operational commitments; back-office functions; marketing materials; estimated expense and pricing; pro forma; implementation plans; and functional roles and responsibilities. Leads a small team including marketing staff and product specialists.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. Master's in Business Administration, preferred.
Licensure / Certification
Must have a valid state driver's license and provide own transportation. PMP is desirable but not required.
Experience
Must have a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare related fields such as clinics, hospitals, or health insurance. Must have at least 3 years of direct management of professional staff or project management. Experience in complex problem-solving activities and managing multiple challenging projects and related deadlines. Product Management 5 years or more experience in non-healthcare fields may be considered in lieu of above experience requirement.
Other Qualifications
Must have excellent interpersonal, leadership, verbal, written, analytical and presentation skills. Proven ability to lead and interact with constituencies in a direction that fulfills the mission and goals of Parkview Health. Demonstrated understanding of health promotion, coaching, care coordination and other health related concepts
