What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Personal Training Director position at Parkway Athletic Club?
The Assistant Training Director's ultimate role is to support the Training Director in overseeing the entire training program. Responsibilities are to help manage the Member/Client onboarding process which includes conducting the fitness evaluations, determining the right combination of personnel and tools for each member, as well as the onboarding process and managing of trainers. Assistant PT Director will closely work and strategize with the PT Director to ensure the continued growth of the training program. The perfect candidate will have outstanding customer service and leadership skills.

Qualifications
- Current CPR & AED
- Personal training certification is required
- Previous personal training experience
- Previous sales experience in the fitness industry is required
- Strong sales skills
- Superior communication skills (verbal & written)
- Connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
