Job Posting – Payroll Administrator

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating, inputting data and processing payroll and other payroll associated duties.
- Updating and sustaining payroll records by entering onboarding information, change forms, tax forms, insurances and 401K deductions.
- Supervision of all payroll deductions as well as vacation/holiday pay.
- Abides by Federal, State and Local employment laws, regulations and recommended best practices to ensure compliance.
- 401k uploads, payments and audits.
- Profit Sharing and HSA payouts.
- Ability to perform additional accounting functions and tasks as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned/needed.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel.

Education and Experience
- Desired 2-4 years of payroll and dealership accounting experience.
- Microsoft Office experience of 2-4 years.
