SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Auto Technician/Mobile Mechanic. The successful candidate will provide basic automotive repair and maintenance services directly at our customers' locations, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience. This role requires basic diagnostic skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance at customer locations.
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide accurate repair estimates.
- Repair or replace brake systems, components, and other essential vehicle parts.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic issues using specialized tools and equipment.
- Provide clear communication with customers, explaining issues, repair processes, and maintenance needs.
- Ensure that all repairs and services meet the manufacturer’s specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including parts used and labor times.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, building rapport and trust with clients to encourage repeat business.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic automotive technician skills required.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while traveling to various job sites.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required.
