Accounts Reconciliation Clerk

Job Summary: Compiles and maintains verified accounts payable records. Reconciles statements and issues payment to vendors. Extensive experience with researching and correcting discrepancies is a must. Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds/Ignite is preferred.

Essential Duties

• Reconciles statement and the ledger making sure that payments are consistent with dealership schedules.
• Reconciles cash schedule.
• Reconciles bank balances on a daily basis.
  
  
  

Compare financial documents to ensure accuracy and identify errors and discrepancies.

Assists in monthly closings.

• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Assists with special projects, as necessary.
• Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
  
  
  

Ability to commute/relocate:

Tomball, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
