What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service BDC Representative position at Parkway Family Auto Group?
Parkway Chevrolet has immediate openings for experienced Business Development Center Service Representatives. The ideal candidate should be able to perform the following essential duties.
Provide excellent customer service.
Log all inbound and outbound calls.
Accurately log all appointments on the Daily Appointment Log.
Make follow-up calls to all customers
Responsible for thorough communications with team leader to insure proper handling of customers.
Each CSR is to report improper phone handling to the BDC Manager, as well as other procedures that are violated.

2 years of customer service experience
