Essential Duties
- Performs administrative duties
- Receive inbound client calls for service-related issues.
- Facilitate specific appointments for the service advisors.
- Perform outbound service campaign calls.
- Follow detailed scripts for inbound/outbound calling.
- Confirm all scheduled appointments.
- Maintain defined service retention and meet all required goals.
- Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, in-person appointments, and others.
- Effectively utilize lead management tools to maintain repeat and referral business.
- Supports the marketing initiatives of the dealership by relaying promotions by phone.
- Checks systems frequently and responds to inquiries immediately; promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
- Respond to customer inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- 2 years of customer service experience
