The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven track record as a Director of Nursing.
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong knowledge of nursing policies/procedures and Federal and State regulations.
- Proficiency in managing nursing staff and administering healthcare programs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.
- Participipates in budget planning and management
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care
- Oversees the development and implementation of resident care plans
- Monitors and evaluates nursing care provided
- Partcipates in the hiring and onboarding of nursing staff
