Parkway Health & Rehabilitation Center, is a skilled nursing facility in West Roxbury, MA, looking to hire a FullTime cook with experience in Asain food service in an institutional setting. Expected duties include but are not limited to :
- Safe food handling
- Assists with food preparation
- Prepares food items / ensures safe food handling practices
- Willing and able to use institutional equipment for food preparation
- B e able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Able to read, write, and understand the proper diet language [will train]
Able to work well with residents, staff and supervisors
Good communication / interpersonal skills
