Parkway Health Care Center, LLC a 97-bed skilled long-term care facility located in Kansas City, Missouri,near the Country Club Plaza, is currently seeking a Director of Nursing, the position offers a salary up to $130,000 annually, we are looking for an energetic, results orientated team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills to exercise administrative and functional supervision over nursing personnel, as directed by the Administrator and Regional Administrator. The successful applicant will have strong leadership and supervisory skills, a rehabilitation focus, be challenged by high acuity residents and enjoy working with the elderly. Requirements include an unencumbered Missouri RN license, previous DON experience, knowledge of Medicare A&B, an excellent regulatory compliance record and a commitment to Total Quality Management.
