Our fast- growing newly remodeled dealership is currently seeking a friendly professional who can manage customer inquiries and issues promptly, professionally and with integrity and tact. Our ideal candidate must be enthusiastic about promoting good relationships with our customers with the goal a repeat business. They must understand superb customer service and consistently have the desire to make our customers’ experience the best. Hours are Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday.

Job Duties:
- Greet every customer as they pull into the drive.
- Manages customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conducts customer follow-up contact.
- Promotes good relationships with customers with a goal of repeat business.
- Schedules service department customer appointments, route and return phone calls.
- Heavy customer contact in a friendly, professional manner with customer satisfaction as a key driver.
- Leading / Walking customers to the waiting area, showing brief tour of Dealership (restroom, amenities, Sales Dept., etc.)
- Basic knowledge of recalls and services.
- Ability to schedule service appointments.
- Knowledgeable to navigate CDK to check customer history.
- Ability to navigate CDK to find out SOR status and vehicle status.
- Set the next service appointment if the Advisor is unable.
- Maintaining the fleet of Hyundai loaner vehicles.
- Keeping TSD updated multiple times a day with current info.
- Keeping track of all loaner agreements.

Maintaining the loaner vehicles:
- Checking fuel levels and sending for fuel when needed.
- Maintaining prominent level of cleanliness in vehicle.
- Writing up and closing our loaner agreements with customers.
- Performing walk-arounds at check-out and check-in to check for and record damages (if applicable).
- Reporting ALL damages to Service Manager immediately.
Skills Required:
- People skills; Must have excellent customer service skills and experience.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Ability to be trained on dealer computer systems.
- Strong Computer skills.
- Telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- CDK experience extremely helpful.

- Work 8 am to 5 pm with 1 hour break for lunch.
- Team player, wiling to assist with cleanliness of service drive.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalency diploma.
