About the Role:
Due to business growth we are looking for a Subaru Service Consultant in the automobile dealership industry. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main objective will be to assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences, and providing personalized recommendations. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process transactions accurately and efficiently. Your ultimate goal will be to create a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer and build lasting relationships. Hours for the first year would be 12-8 PM Monday through Friday and every 4th saturday with 1/2 day off that week.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 two years experience as an express writer or service advisor.
- Clean driving record for last three years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Reynolds & Reynolds experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience in the retail industry, particularly in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the right products and services based on their needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns or complaints.
