Valet Driver
Summary
Enhances the customers' positive service experience by picking up and driving their vehicles to and from the dealership so service can be performed on their vehicles.
Required Qualifications:
- Clean driving record for last three years!
- Reliable & dependable.
- Knowledgeable of the Wilmington and surrounding areas.
- Good judgement and safe driving skills.
- Maintains a professional appearance and good hygiene.
Essential Duties
- Operates hands free cell phone communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report problems or delays with this service.
- Keeps a record of trips including customer names of vehicles and destination or pick-up point.
- Assists service department as needed with attendant responsibilities of managing the drop-off and pick-up of customers' cars.
- Notifies dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning and general maintenance.
- Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean and making sure required inspections are performed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
