The Car Wash Attendant operates a car wash facility by providing exceptional customer service, sells company products and services to new and existing customers, ensures safe loading of customer vehicles into the wash bay, taking pride in their work and job site, and driving customer satisfaction.
Primary Job Functions:
- Greeting customers and explaining services provided by the facility, exceed customer expectations by being friendly to customers and handling vehicles with extreme care.
- Achieve personal membership sales goals and help assigned region achieve its sales goals.
- Cleaning the facilities, including taking out trash or removing debris.
- Pre-washing and rinsing incoming vehicles. Moving or directing vehicles into car wash areas.
- Be an expert in our products and services and guide customers to solutions that meet their needs.
- Motivate customers to buy by describing the product’s uses and benefits.
- Managing payments and transactions.
- Maintains a high customer satisfaction rating that meets company standards.
- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
- Ensuring machinery remains operational and maintained.
- Assisting customers as needed and assisting customers with any request to enhance their experience.
- Inspecting vehicles to assess their condition and spot any previous damage.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Working Environment/Conditions
This job operates in an outdoors environment with moving equipment. Slight environmental variations may occur based on external weather conditions. The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials.
