Parkway Real Estate Co. is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this role is essential in creating a positive and professional experience for agents, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-service driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced real estate office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Handle commission checks, including logging, processing, and distributing to agents.
- Coordinate birthday cards for agents.
- Maintain the Company Store Log for swag and print materials.
- Keep inventory of company-branded swag.
- Print flyers, documents, and bind presentations as needed for agents.
- Assist with setup and cleanup of bi-monthly sales meetings.
- Order office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked (printer paper, toner, listing presentation materials, etc.).
- Maintain office cleanliness and upkeep across both Chico locations, including the following:
- Taking out trash daily/weekly.
- Keep the kitchen and common areas clean and organized.
- Ensuring the porch is tidy.
- Stock essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers, printer supplies, and coffee bar essentials.
- Provide event support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office management role preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with office software (Google Suite and Canva)
- A team player with a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
