What You’ll Do
The Regional Title Manager must be a hands-on manager with a working knowledge of all aspects of daily operations to include being responsible for controlling costs to ensure maximum profitability and budget goals are met. This position will work in the Maitland, Florida office. This is NOT a remote position.

Compensation: Parkway Title intends to offer the selected candidate an annual pay rate in the range of $80,000-$90,000 with the potential for an annual bonus. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance and the Company's 401k plan.

What You’ll Do
The Regional Title Manager must be a hands-on manager with a working knowledge of all aspects of daily operations to include being responsible for controlling costs to ensure maximum profitability and budget goals are met. Your Key Responsibilities
- Day-to day management of Title operations’ daily/weekly goals for the team to ensure the proper handling of all title orders, QC, title clearance and all closing/consummation functions with an understanding of compliance and risk related issues as required by regulatory authorities.
- Ensures all client inquires/escalations are successfully resolved to maximize client satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor daily volume to ensure orders are distributed properly among team members to operate the team at maximum efficiency to meet budgetary goals and meet client expectations.
- Manages team of Title Examiners.
- Maintain an understanding of title insurance requirements and guidelines in multiple states and stay current on changing rules.
- Manage the team and conduct team meetings to communicate new processes, improvements, and training as needed.
- Review new and current employee training and performance and counsel/reward as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
- ALTA best practices experience required.
- Thorough knowledge of the entire title and closing process.
- Must possess proven management experience.
- Experience within the real estate industry and/or vendor management service company and with mortgage documents and title clearance processes.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Knowledge of title software, SoftPro, a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Motivated and positive team player.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
- Minimum requirement of 5-10 years of Title Operations experience.
- 3 to 5 years supervisory experience, required.
- Prior experience working within a builder environment, preferred.
- Multi-State experience in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina preferred.
- Licensed Title Agent Preferred or obtained within 6 months of hire or promotion.
