What You'll Do:
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client records
- Process payments and handle paperwork accurately
- Provide clear, compassionate communication to pet parents
- Work with veterinary staff to support a smooth client and patient experience
- Stay calm and efficient during busy or stressful situations
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in customer service, veterinary reception, or animal care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with animals and supporting pet owners emotionally
- Professional and adaptable when handling difficult situations
