This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week expected. Schedule is consistent on a
weekly basis but is subject to change based on business needs.
Job Description:
As Lead Valet Supervisor you have broad responsibilities for the overall
success of the accounts assigned to you and the growth of the Company.
Specific Requirements related to this position include:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Maintain acceptable motor vehicle record
- Must have Personal Vehicle for transportation for work purposes
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and skills
Specific duties related to Operations include:
- Customer and Client Service Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the valet operation
- Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting
- Be able to anticipate guests needs and offer to assistance every/any customer in the service zone
- Motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment
- Ensure team members deliver top notch experiences to any and all guests
- Thoroughly and efficiently explain the valet process
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer – learn the names and key people at each site (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc)
- Professionally and thoughtfully address guest needs, including service failures
- Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience
- Must be able to accurately verify, collect, and record revenue
Safety and Security Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the team to safely park and retrieve guest cars in an efficient manner.
- Coach and train team members on Parkwell safety procedures
- Abides by all Parkwell safety standards and training of standards to team members
- Be able to perform and stay organized under stress
- Maintain a high level of integrity in regard to guest’s vehicles and personal possessions
- Reports all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager
Other duties include:

- Assist with the transition of new accounts (hire staff, support manager(s), procure supplies and equipment, setup administrative processes, etc.) as requested
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Have a flexible schedule and be available as needed for operational needs
