Your Key Responsibilities :
- Referral Generation : Drive appropriate referrals, meeting growth targets, and establishing strong market acceptance.
- Strategic Marketing : Develop comprehensive marketing plans and initiatives to achieve budgetary projections.
- Stakeholder Relationships : Build professional relationships with key physicians, administrators, hospital personnel, and more.
- Territory Management : Strategically manage and assess your territory, adjusting plans to maximize impact.
- Educational In-Services : Provide regular educational sessions to accounts, becoming a valuable resource.
- Compliance Champion : Ensure adherence to local, state, federal laws, Medicare regulations, and organizational policies.
