Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Seat guests and provide menus - Assist in managing reservations and waitlist - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Provide assistance to guests with special needs or requests Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or guest services preferred - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Knowledge of food service industry practices and standards - Understanding of restaurant operations and guest relations Benefits: - Competitive pay rates based on experience - Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years old - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join our team of dedicated hospitality professionals and help us create memorable experiences for our guests.
