Job Requirements :
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, social media management, or event support is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all materials.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
Creative thinkers with the ability to contribute fresh ideas.
Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Quality Assurance for Marketing Materials :
Review and ensure all marketing materials are accurate, complete, and aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.
Conduct final checks on copy, images, and overall design before publication or distribution.
Collaboration with Designers :
Work closely with graphic designers to create visually appealing social media flyers, promotional materials, and other marketing collaterals.
Provide clear creative briefs, feedback, and approval on design drafts.
Ensure timely delivery of all graphics and artwork.
Social Media Content & Posting Support :
Assist in developing and scheduling social media posts across platforms to maintain an active online presence.
Contribute to content creation, including captions, graphics, and campaign ideas, to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor social media performance and provide insights to improve content strategies.
Support for Marketing Campaigns & Events :
Provide hands-on assistance in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns and events.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations and campaign launches.
Assist in event-related logistics, setup, and promotion efforts.
