We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bakery Manager to oversee our gourmet doughnuts and coffee operations. Duties
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage and train staff, including interviewing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Develop and implement new franchise menu items to enhance customer offerings.
- Ensure high-quality food handling practices are followed at all times.
- Prepare for special events or banquets as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bakery area in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in cooking or baking as required during peak hours or staff shortages.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management, preferably in a bakery setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in shift management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
