**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a friendly and efficient server to join our dynamic hospitality team at Parlour 1886. As a server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience, and contributing to the success of our restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about food, hospitality, and providing an unforgettable fine dining experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome to the restaurant.

- Take orders accurately and promptly, utilizing Toast POS to manage orders and track table status.

- Deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring orders are correct and to the guest's satisfaction.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

- Upsell and promote special deals, ensuring that guests have the opportunity to try our signature dishes and promotions.

- Help with bussing tables, clearing debris, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

- Desire to learn and demonstrate a strong knowledge of the restaurant's menu and ingredients, including any dietary restrictions or allergens.

- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food delivery.

- Keep accurate records of orders and payments.

- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area.

**Requirements:**

- Experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

- Ability to work well under pressure, multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.

- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.

- Experience with bussing and cleaning duties.

- Friendly and welcoming demeanor, with a passion for hospitality.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Familiarity with the restaurant's menu and ingredients.

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
