Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
- Support day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring alignment with PARLOUR standards.
- Collaborate in coordinating Front of the House and Back of the House operations.
- Contribute to delivering superior service, maximizing customer satisfaction while adhering to franchise protocols.
Team Development and Collaboration:
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of high-performing teams, including team trainers.
- Uphold a positive team culture through effective communication and collaborative leadership.
- Contribute to regular staff meetings and training sessions to elevate team performance.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and front-of-house staff to create a harmonious dining experience.
Customer Engagement:
- Contribute to ensuring a memorable and positive dining experience for guests.
- Support in addressing customer feedback promptly and constructively.
- Engage with customers to enhance rapport, loyalty, and a sense of PARLOUR community.
Financial Management and Operations:
- Assist in controlling operational costs and identifying measures to optimize efficiency.

Quality Control and Safety:
- Collaborate in regular reviews of product quality and explore partnerships with new vendors within the PARLOUR-approved network.
- Support in estimating future needs for goods, utensils, and cleaning products, ensuring compliance with PARLOUR standards.
- Contribute to ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations to uphold PARLOUR's commitment to excellence.
Administration and Reporting:
- Assist in organizing and supervising shifts, following PARLOUR's scheduling and operational protocols.
- Participate in appraising staff performance and providing constructive feedback, in alignment with PARLOUR performance evaluation procedures.
- Contribute to training employees on proper customer service practices, instilling the essence of PARLOUR hospitality.
- Assist in creating and maintaining detailed reports on revenues, expenses, and operational metrics, meeting PARLOUR reporting requirements.
Compliance:
- Uphold and contribute to the enforcement of policies and procedures outlined by PARLOUR, ensuring consistent branding and operational standards.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and franchise headquarters on new initiatives, staying connected with the evolving PARLOUR vision.
- Facilitate communication between the local franchise and the broader network, contributing to the shared success of the PARLOUR family.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related role.
- Serve Safe certified.
- Proficient in organizational tasks, appraising staff, and creating detailed reports.
- Understanding of effective marketing strategies and local brand promotion.
- Experience in maintaining product quality, ensuring compliance, and enforcing high standards.
- Demonstrated ability to support daily operations, financial management, and achieving performance targets.
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
