Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft beers, craft cocktails, and wine.
- Efficiently prepare drinks to our standard recipes, including house-made syrups, ensuring both speed and quality.
Customer Interaction:
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
- Offer recommendations and assist guests in making selections from our diverse beverage menu.
Order Processing:
- Process drink orders accurately, both from patrons at the bar and servers on the floor.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments with precision.
Bar Maintenance:
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Monitor and replenish bar supplies as needed.
Compliance with Regulations:
- Adhere to alcohol service regulations and company policies.
- Verify the age of patrons to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
Collaboration with Staff:
- Work collaboratively with serving staff and kitchen personnel.
- Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth overall dining experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift and carry beverage supplies and kegs, weighing up to 50 pounds.
