Grocery Stocker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-stocked and organized, providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks, ensuring all items are accounted for.
• Organize and stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to store standards.
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding product locations and availability.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and safe shopping environment.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding inventory needs and store operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain order in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with cash register operations is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
