Parman Energy is looking for a new Fleet & Safety Coordinator to join our team! The Fleet & Safety Coordinator is an administrative position that facilitates safety training with the Fleet Safety & Maintenance Director as well as observes and evaluates staff in making sure they are adhering to company SOP, EPA, MSHA, DOT regulations, and all safety practices. Minimum of 25% travel to other facilities as required.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide administrative support to Fleet & Safety Maintenance Director
Trains drivers on how to conduct daily reporting including vehicle inspection reports, hours of service reports, incident reports, and any other required documentation
Maintains all records of MSHA, EPA, DOT, OSHA and USCG requirement tracking
Tracks, compiles, and reports required Federal, State, and Internal documentation.
Conducts regular facility inspections to include evaluation of safe work behaviors of all personnel
Demonstrates, promotes, and facilitates a safe environment always
Provides direction, guidance, and training, and establishes schedules for location managers, following consistent training procedures
Leading classroom training for new hire safety training
Ability to comprehend and follow all company policies and procedures
Minimum of 25% travel to other facilities to conduct new hire safety training
Adheres to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Company
