Parts Sales Associate

Parman Tractor and Equipment is looking for a new Parts Sales Associate to join their team! This role is responsible for assisting in the determination of parts requirements with customers, selling parts, and providing order processing services.
Responsibilities :
- Assist and tend to walk-in customers as well as inbound phone calls by looking up, ordering, and selling parts per the customers needs in a timely manner
- Maintain an orderly and accurate parts inventory under the direction of the Parts Manager
- Assist with the appearance and organization of the Parts Department
- Navigate within business system software to assist customers and complete POS transactions
- Complete additional work as needed by the Parts Manager and General Manager
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Company's handbook and training manuals as well as company policies, procedures, and guidelines that are added and / or revised as necessary
