Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all administrative tasks with accuracy and in compliance with company policies.
- Review client files and provide support at all stages of the intake process.
- Manage high-priority paperwork electronically, including reviewing, scanning, sorting, and attaching documents.
- Submit signed documents via fax to internal and external offices.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless support and coverage.
- Making outbound calls to clients regarding appointments during various parts of the intake process.
- Confident and professional demeanor, in-person and via phone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of integrity, dependability, and accountability.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
