Key Responsibilities :
- Assist clients in completing online applications for disability benefits via phone.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointment details and gather necessary information.
- Provide clear guidance on the application process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within our database.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth and effective claim transition.
