- Track and verify case statuses, ensuring accurate updates.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between firm records and SSA data.
- Monitor deadlines and prepare necessary correspondence.
- Accurately review, document, and update case files in the system.
- Perform general administrative duties to support case management.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to serve firm and client interests.
