We are looking for up-and-coming employees to help us grow. When our clients call us for help, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period. Our SSA Operations Representatives provide our clients the ultimate telephone experience and take care of the behind the scenes work as well. It requires the right combination of telephone skills, administration skills, empathy, and ability to ask the right questions.
If that's you, you'll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences. This important position involves complete administrative duties related to each of our client's cases.
Responsibilities:
- Assist as liaison between Social Security Administration and client
- Resolve client inquiries
- Solicit and document information from clients to further support their case
- Track deadlines and prepare correspondence
- General administrative duties as required
- Other duties as reasonably required in pursuit of Firm and client interests
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Highly motivated team player
- A high degree of organization
- Ability to maintain composure when under pressure
