Job description

Commercial Service Technicians to Commercial Service Managers or Commercial
Sales Associates with opportunity to earn many higher positions within the company. Candidates must have high customer service standards and an eagerness to develop themselves professionally.
Duties:
All aspects of tire service and repair.
Support and communicate with Commercial Sales Associates to maintain current customer satisfaction and grow new customer base.
Continual education by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
and learning all aspects of the operational side of the business.
Manage and maintain vehicle appearance, and maintenance, company appearance, and uphold efficiencies of our organization
Clean and maintain service tools and equipment.
The qualified individual must be willing and able to drive a service vehicle to where a customer is having a problem, and be able to repair or replace their tire(s) as needed. Job duties may be performed at a company location, at customer locations and on the side of highways and roads. This position operates in all types of indoor and outdoor work environments, therefore exposure to heat and cold is to be expected.

Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
