Job description
We are hiring candidates who want to develop into well-rounded career professionals within the tire industry. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated to develop their product knowledge and to learn all aspects of our business using company and industry resources. Successful candidates often move from inside sales and or outside sales to sales management and or location management with opportunity to earn higher corporate positions. Candidates must have high customer service standards and an eagerness to develop themselves professionally.
Duties:
Accountable for attaining assigned monthly Sales and Profits and meeting financial objectives.
Accountable for acquiring new accounts and maintaining current accounts.
Continual education by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations and learning all aspects of the operational side of the business.
You will primarily greet customer and answer phones and help in office with sales and service customer .This position is our first line of sales growth and stability and ultimately is responsible for our company’s growth.
