Responsibilities and Expectations

• Report directly to Coordinator
• Communicating promptly and regularly with Coordinator for job scheduling and info
• Contacting customer 30 min to 1 hour before to confirm arrival time
• Conducting yourself professionally on any job site: no smoking, cursing, loud or, inappropriate music
• Attire is clean and presentable (company branded)
• Truck and equipment kept clean and organized
• No trash or tools left behind on job
• Maintaining truck and equipment maintenance and scheduled checks to ensure proper functioning of tools and equipment
• Minimal to no “call backs” or complaints.
• Complete scope of work to 100% satisfaction
• Expected to communicate with Coordinator to resolve questions or concerns pertaining to scope
• Review and Understand scope before arriving at job

Compensation Piece Rate:

• Paid per completion of each job
• Equivalent or greater than minimum wage
• Average job size 4-6 hours
• Average job pay $150
• Weekly average income $1,200 - $2,000 (during peak season)
• $25 Bonus for Google Reviews

Requirements:

• 18 or older
• Cell Phone
• Clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle or transportation
• Pass background check
• 3 References
• Available 40 hours a week
• Demonstrates our 5 core values (Hunger, Integrity, Teamwork, Communication, Humility)
• Capable of moving or carrying 75lb by yourself
• Capable of moving and climbing 32ft ladder on your own
• Capable of standing on feet for 8 to 10hrs each day

NOTICE:

This position is Depending on the weather, we do not wash from early or late November until late February or early March. We cannot guarantee work during those months.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $1,200.00 - $2,000.00 per week
