Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both staff and clients.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently while managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
