Job Description:
- Design, develop and deploy RPA bots using UI Path.
- Create reusable components, scripts, and workflows to enhance automation efficiency.
- Perform unit testing to ensure high quality automation solutions.
- Work as both the developer and business analyst to identity automation opportunities (with the solution being RPA or another form of automation such as Tableau).
- Document and analyze existing business processes to design efficient automation solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Deploy RPA bots into production environments and provide ongoing supports.
- Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
- Conduct root cause analysis and apply fixes for errors in automation processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including PDD (Process Design Documents) and SDD (Solution Design Documents).
- Ensure knowledge transfer and training where required.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA tools, technologies, and best practices.
