Job title: L2 Technical Support / Desktop Consultant
Location: Ft. Worth, TX / McAllen, TX,
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: $25-$26/Hr all-inc
Client wants the consultant to be 100% onsite in Ft. Worth, TX / McAllen, TX, office from Day 1
Skills:
L2 Technical Support Break/Fix, Imaging, and Vendor Coordination
Responsibilities:
- Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Re-image devices and reinstall/configure applications as needed
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations and hardware replacements
- Document issues and resolutions in the IT service management system (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in L2 IT support
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and OS issues
- Experience in an enterprise IT environment
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA A , ITIL Foundation
