Location: Frisco, TX (primary) | AHOC, MI (secondary) | Farmington Hills, MI (tertiary)
Duration: 6-12 Months

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Adenza Developer to join our dynamic development team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with the AxiomSL Controller View platform, specifically in the development and configuration of its modules for financial Regulatory Reports. As a Mid-Level Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining technical solutions within the Axiom CV environment, collaborating with business analysts, technical leads, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
- 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience working with Axiom Controller View v9, v10 Regcloud.
- Hands-on experience on all the Axiom objects i.e. Data sources, Data Models, Portfolios, Shorthand, Aggregations, Freeform Report and Workflow.
- Working experience in US Reg reports.
- Familiarity with financial products, markets, and risk management processes.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge in snowflake, Python, Databricks is desirable.
- Proficient in Oracle, PL/SQL programming and writing complex SQL queries.
- Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and data exchange protocols (e.g., SOAP, REST).
- Experience with SQL debugging skills.
- Experience with Axiom Controller View specific development tool, Axiom scripting language.
Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to identify root causes of problems and implement sustainable solutions.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in software development, financial systems, or technology.
- Certifications specific to Axiom CV or similar financial services platforms is a plus.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms or infrastructure is a plus.
