Overview
A vertically integrated entertainment and real estate enterprise is seeking a seasoned CFO to guide the company through a major capital raise and expansion. The ideal candidate has direct experience in entertainment finance, SEC Regulation D and 144A offerings, multi-entity corporate structures, and preferably tokenized fundraising models.
We are currently finalizing a $35M Reg D raise and a $300M SEC 144A tokenized securities offering, and need a CFO to lead structuring, compliance, and financial operations across our media and property divisions.
About the Client
The client is the parent company of:
• A film, TV, live shows, and streaming entertainment company
• A youth conservatory for performing arts
• A real estate and studio acquisition company
• Scripted/unscripted and animation television divisions
• A talent management company (in formation)
They are building a long-term media and asset platform focused on profitability, social responsibility, and scalable IP across media, education, and real estate.
Role Responsibilities
• Advise on and structure Reg D and SEC 144A offerings
• Support execution of a tokenized raise and oversee Genesis Wallet/ledger integration
• Build pro forma models, investor decks, financial forecasts, and waterfall structures
• Establish division-level budgeting, reporting, and fund allocation strategies
• Coordinate legal, tax, and audit readiness
• Advise on multi-entity management (C-corp, LLCs, trust-owned entities)
• Assist with deal structuring for film/TV productions and commercial real estate assets
Key Qualifications
• CFO or senior finance leadership experience in entertainment, real estate, or investment banking
• Track record of managing SEC-compliant private placements or tokenized securities
• Strong modeling, investor relations, and high-growth scaling experience
• Familiarity with entertainment production finance and/or property-backed revenue models
• Excellent communication, discretion, and strategic vision
