The Graphic Design Technician is responsible for creating and managing a variety of design projects across digital and physical media to support the Adventureland Resort brand. This role involves utilizing graphic design software to create visually compelling assets, managing print production processes, and ensuring consistency with the Adventureland Resort Brand guidelines.

Success in this position will result in the timely delivery of accurate, high-quality designs and print jobs that enhance the overall guest experience and support company objectives.

Design a variety of media types, including but not limited to digital graphics, print materials, in-park signage, logos, and company templatesLeverage proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create visually appealing designs for Adventureland Resort communicationsCollaborate with other departments to fulfill design and print requests accurately and on time.Ensure all designs and print jobs adhere to the Adventureland Brand Guide for consistency and qualityOperate and maintain large-format digital printing equipment, laminators, and mounting toolsMount and install various in-park signage, as neededMaintain and prioritize an ongoing list of projects to meet deadlines and stay on taskCoordinate with Marketing and other departments to deliver creative solutions aligned with company goalsAll other duties as assigned by leadershipEducation and Experience :

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; Equivalent work experience will also be considered1 years prior experience in graphic design, print production, or similar rolePrevious amusement park, theme park, or waterpark experience a plusLanguage :

Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

This role will be based in an office setting with frequent interaction with other indoor and outdoor park locationsFrequent exposure to the variable outside temperatures, including high heat, cold, direct sun, humidity, dust, rain, snow, ice, and other weather conditionsSubject to frequent interruptions, constant repetitive motion, high noise levels, flashing lights, and heavily populated environmentsSubject to working at 10 feet above ground level, while hanging signsTeam member benefits :
