Leads are responsible for break rotations, patrolling, and documentation. They also oversee a team of security guards and/or parking lot attendants providing consistent check-ins and incentives. All Security Leads must have a CT Security Officer Certification (guard card).

Roles & Responsibilities:
Security Leads are responsible for overseeing break rotations, patrolling, and documentation. They also oversee a team of security guards and/or any other related and assigned departments (e.g. parking lot attendants) and provide consistent check-ins and incentives.

Project Management: Understand and manage projects from concept to completion. Develop and achieve strategic objectives, plans and time schedules; organize and manage competing priorities, while maintaining a steadfast commitment to detail
Executive Presence: Represent the Company well internally and externally; convey a professional and positive image of the organization and business affiliates
Flexibility: Handle multiple priorities simultaneously; maintain a flexible work schedule to meet changing demands for multiple concurrent projects
Initiative and Adaptability: Take initiative and execute plans to accomplish strategic objectives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Roles & Responsibilities:
Security Leads are responsible for overseeing break rotations, patrolling, and documentation. They also oversee a team of security guards and/or any other related and assigned departments (e.g. parking lot attendants) and provide consistent check-ins and incentives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Direct and assign duties to security-related team members accordingly
- Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points
- Perform access control and personal property inspections at park entrance and exits, when needed
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities
- Patrol Park and parking lot
- Develop and supervise a break rotation
- Assist the attendants with traffic duties as needed
- Enforce the parking lot rules and regulations
- Delegate responsibilities as directed by Security Supervisors
- Assist with training.
- Be vigilant and proactively identify potential security risks and threats.
- Assist with timekeeping for other hourly security team members
- Respond to routine and emergency calls throughout the park property.
- Enforce the Park rules and regulations

Education And Experience:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; Equivalent work experience will also be considered
- College degree in Criminal Justice or related discipline desired; Equivalent work experience will be considered
- 2 year of previous security, criminal justice, or related experience highly desired
- Connecticut Guard Card is required
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with Connecticut Child Labor Laws
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work third shift (overnight) if the park security operates on a 24-hour schedule
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns
- Excellent interviewing, listening, and note-taking skills.
- Ability to maintain certifications as required by assignment.
- Ability to operate dispatch radio and/or other communication devices.
