About PARR PT

PARR PT stands for “Performance and Restorative Rehab”. Our therapists are specialized in treating complex conditions related to Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Dysautonomia, and chronic illness. In addition, we work with pediatric, professional, and other high-performance athletes nationwide.

We are currently expanding are operations and are very grateful for the opportunity to serve the communities of greater Austin & Houston, Texas as well as beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado! Our physical therapy clinics are led by a tight-knit group of individuals who’s sole focus is on high-quality care and performance for each patient. All PTs are actively trained to utilize our trademark “3-Systems” approach to therapy and also receive training on additional manual and neurological techniques, such as myokinesthetics (MYK).

A large part of what distinguishes us from most PT clinics is our hands-on, personal approach to therapy in a fun and relaxed environment for everyone! We pride ourselves on providing all our patients & athletes with the personal attention they deserve, the effective treatments they need, and training programs tailored specifically to their respective goals.

Expertise, punctuality, and an overall positive can-do vibe are an absolute must.

As a member of our therapist team, you will be involved in quality patient care as well as maintaining a clean and positive work environment as the foundation for a wonderful patient experience during every treatment. Additionally, we are happy when our therapists can assist with occasional training/treatment videos as well as writing educational articles for our online 3-Systems Blog (https://parrpt.com/3-systems-blog/).

We offer a collaborative mentoring environment where you will learn from and also be able to share your knowledge & expertise with others. Innovative ideas and constructive feedback are definitely welcome.

Most of your work will be at our clinic in Austin, however we do provide remote Telehealth PT (typically via Zoom). Whenever you’re not completely booked out, you will have access to continuing education such as our library of training and treatment videos.

The onboarding process and initial training will consist of working directly with an expert therapist at the respective clinics.
