Job title: Opti-Frame Scheduling Coordinator
Pay: Starting at $24 to $28 Depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
Location: Woodinville, Washington
The Opti-Frame Scheduling Coordinator I is responsible for assisting the Opti-Frame Scheduling Coordinator II in the directing and implementing of Opti-Frame systems to achieve or exceed goals. This position is essential to making sure our Opti-Frame scheduling of our manufacturing process happens with quality and efficiency. This role provides a critical link between sales, design, production, and the end user.
The Opti-Frame Scheduling Coordinator I reports directly to the Opti-Frame Manager and under the direction of the Scheduling Coordinator II. This position also works closely with all Sawyer leads, Designers, Operations, and Sales teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic MiTek Management knowledge
- Basic knowledge of dimension lumber, panel products and other building materials.
- Basic knowledge of structural framing, construction design principles, practices, and protocols
- Effectively communicate Opti-Frame design and production process details with all involved parties.
- Ability to speak, write, and read English required
- Ability to concentrate and attend to detail amidst a busy work environment
- Must be able to operate personal computer, smartphone, scanner, and any other equipment necessary for the job
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong focus, planning, organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects, and do what is necessary to meet deadlines, while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Duties and Responsibilities
- Basic knowledge and the ability to utilize MiTek Management, and other applicable scheduling and design programs
- Develop and maintain a professional and effective relationship with sales, customers, and fellow team members
- Manage the flow of information and data entry in a fast-paced production and design schedule
- Ensure all new start information is entered and completed in accordance with company best practices
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather and input information accurately, minimizing errors and discrepancies
- Ability to redirect work flow based on design, production capacity
- Ensure that appropriate paperwork is completed as per company policy, with a high degree of accuracy
- Assume sole responsibility for the precise and timely entry of information to relevant systems and databases
- Implement rigorous quality check system and verification of all data entry processes
- Maintain corporate guidelines and criteria for customer service
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Scheduling Coordinator II and the Opti-Frame Manager
This position works in an office environment at a desk with a computer.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle
- Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to stoop, bend, walk and effectively communicate
- Both local and overnight travel may be required
- Ability to utilize all appropriate safety equipment
