The Director of Strategic Engagement will play a pivotal role in driving Parraid's growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering key partnerships, and expanding the company's influence within the defense and aerospace sectors. This position demands a seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to align organizational objectives with client needs and market opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to enhance Parraid's visibility, brand presence, and market share within the defense and aerospace industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across government agencies, military organizations, and private sector partners.
- Act as the primary liaison between Parraid and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Lead efforts to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the defense market, positioning Parraid as a leader in innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and campaigns for target audiences.
- Represent Parraid at industry conferences, events, and forums to promote its capabilities and vision.
- Advocate for Parraid's solutions and technologies to enhance the company's strategic positioning.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and sales, to ensure alignment between customer needs and Parraid's solutions.
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product innovation and strategy.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better inform opportunity plans.
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
- Generate progress reports as required.
- Participate in relevant company and industry events.

Salary Range : 130,000 - $150,000
