Primary Duties:
· Accounts Payable (invoice processing, verification, and reconciliation)
· Assist with account reconciliations and payroll preparation
· Complex data report preparation using Excel
Ideal Qualifications:
· Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred (Associates or Bachelor’s)
· Experience with QuickBooks
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
· Understanding of accounting principles and payroll processes
· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
· A proactive team player with excellent problem-solving skills
