About the Role:
As an Acute Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in our Emergency Department. Your expertise in critical care nursing will enable you to make informed decisions and provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Patient Care: Provide expert care to patients in emergency situations, focusing on assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions and optimal resource allocation.
- Leadership and Education: Provide guidance and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and ongoing learning.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited RN education program (Associate Degree required; Bachelor Degree preferred)
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Licenses and Certifications: State of Florida RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (AHA-accredited)
