The Executive Director will oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining accreditation and regulatory compliance, ensuring that our organization meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's preferred
- Greater than 7 years of relevant experience; >3 years of leadership experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt preferred)
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred or willing to obtain within two years of hire
