Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning initiatives across the organization to anticipate current and future service solutions.
- Influence the development and growth of quality, infection control, and patient safety strategies.
- Assure the achievement of organizational dashboard metrics within each strategic pillar (People, Service, Quality, Growth, Finance).
- Take immediate and effective steps to assure national benchmarks are achieved or sustained.
Care Partner Engagement:
- Develop and maintain systems, processes, policies, and procedures that result in an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
- Achieve national best-practice standards for employee engagement as measured by performance management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, in Nursing or related clinical healthcare field.
- Masters preferred.
- Greater than 7 years of relevant experience, >3 years of leadership experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt preferred),
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred or willing to obtain within two years of hire.
